This app is provided to subscribing law offices. Staff accounts are created by the office administrator; there is no public sign-up.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone number, job title, preferred language.
Work data entered by the office: clients, cases, hearings, tasks, invoices, payments, expenses, and uploaded documents and photos.
A device push token used to deliver task and hearing reminders.

How we use it

Data is used only to run the office management service and send reminders. We do not sell data or use it for advertising or tracking, and we share it only with providers needed to operate the service (hosting, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications).

Isolation and security

Each office's data is isolated from other offices. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and documents are kept in private storage reachable only through short-lived links for authorised users.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account inside the app: More → Profile → Delete account. This removes your personal details from the account and revokes all sessions and push tokens. Office work data (cases, documents) belongs to the office and stays with it; to request its deletion contact your office administrator or us.
